Today was phenomenal! The worship service this morning was outstanding, especially the E-Kidz video and the testimonies. Wow!
And the day only got better after service. At our Newcomers Lunch, I had the privilege of leading my new friend Mark to Christ. Nothing compares to that!
To top it all off, our Evening of Worship (we do this once in a while to bless our volunteer staff) got me so hyped up that I don’t know how I’ll fall asleep tonight. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something remarkable about these gatherings that you would just have to experience to understand. Am I right volunteer staff? God was all up in the house!
And then I was speechless (rare occasion) as the folks gave me a standing o and presented me with a love offering for Pastor’s Appreciation. Thanks Larry and Elevation for honoring me and esteeming me as your leader.
Holly and I are so grateful to lead this church, and like I said tonight, God likes coming to Elevation! So do I.
I just read through the Pastor Appreciation cards and although I don’t cry I was pretty choked up.
I can’t believe I get to live this life.
I’m a blessed man.
